Meeting Location:

Hyatt Regency Chicago O’Hare
9300 W Bryn Mawr Ave
Rosemont, IL 60018

Transportation:

Delegates who are flying into the Chicago O’Hare airport should plan to use the designated shuttle for the short drive from the airport to the hotel. Click here for the shuttle schedule.

Parking:

After turning onto Bryn Mawr Ave, head east until you reach the dead-end. On your left (north), you will see the parking gates. Pull a ticket and enter the parking lot. You may park in any of the marked spots in the flat lot or the parking garage. There is a covered walkway located on level 3 of the parking garage which will lead you directly to the hotel lobby. Handicap accessible parking is also located on level 3.

Self-parking is a self-service facility where no attendant is on duty. Overnight guests must get their entry parking ticket validated at the Front Desk for in/out and final exit.

Keep your parking receipt(s) for reimbursement.

Please note the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago does not own the parking garage on the right (south) side of Bryn Mawr Ave and therefore is not able to validate parking charges if your vehicle is not parked in the correct garage.
